Magic Wand Tool And Brightening

:Magic Wand Tool And Brightening

The photograph was also very dark so I brightened it up
I used the magic wand tool to delete the background out of my photograph as the original background was quite distracting.

Conventions-Page numbers.

Conventions-Page numbers.

I've numbered my pages on my contents page as this is what was done on the style models and most over magazine contents pages as basic conventions.

Contents Page

Contents Page

This is my contents page, as you can see the house colours match my front cover and this makes the magazine look very professional and stylish. I really liked this content page as it was my first attempt but there are still some things that could be improved like the editing of the images, the inline-meant  of the text boxes and the quality of the images.

Conventions- Contact Details

Conventions- Contact Details

I added certain conventions such as Contact details to my contents page as this was done in style models and as this is a school magazine the contact details are curtail.

Conventions- Gradient tool

This is a screen shot of me using the gradient tool. I used this to get the backgrounds gradient effect.

Magazine Front Cover

Magazine Front Cover

This is my magazine cover. The house colours for my magazine are burgundy, gold and black. I have chosen these colours because they match the uniform used in the photograph. This effect pulls everything together making it a lot more neat and professional looking. When I create my music magazine cover I will make sure I used the correct colour scheme like I have on this one and hopefully it will look as good or better than this.
